2015 - A Wisconsin retreat led to the partnering of complimentary skill sets of lifelong friends to venture into real estate development and construction.

Our Story

In a world where relationships make all the difference, 4Corners stands as a testament to the power of connection, integrity, and forward-thinking. Founded by four long-time friends, each contributing a unique expertise in construction, legal matters, finance, and entrepreneurship, 4Corners is far more than a real estate development company; it’s a full-circle partnership aimed at making a positive impact on communities, team members, and investors alike.

Year 2016

If You Build It . . .

If you surround yourself with the right partners, build a quality product in the right location, turns out people will pay you rent to live in an upscale apartment.  First project in the books, so far so good . . . 

Year 2017

Onward and upward

Time to challenge ourselves and see what is possible.  Next up, a 14-unit multi-family mixed use development in the suburbs.  We partnered with some really smart people on this one and thankful for building both the relationship and a beautiful building.

 

Year 2018

4 Corners Construction (4CC LLC)

The construction company subsidiary was created.  Leveraging the strengths of the 4C partners and aligning our investor interest in quality builds, on time, and on budget.  Building a commercial processing facility in Michigan helped sharpen a few more tools in our tool pouch.

Defining Our Core Values and Plans for the Future

Life experience and running successful businesses in the past has provided valuable perspective within our partnership.  We believe in going farther together vs. going fast alone.  Our core values lead us in every decision we make within 4Corners and how we interact with our partners: Accountability; Relationships; Stewardship; and Entrepreneurship.

Year 2020

TWO PROJECTS AT ONCE

We started leveraging our experiences not only with construction but our professional relationships.  We brought in third party investors to share in the experience of real estate investments, one of the best performing asset classes of all time.  Two gut rehabs completed, excited to have these in our portfolio.

Year 2021

Going Farther Together

After completing several multi-family rehabs in 2021 we partnered with another developer to complete this 48-unit apartment building in the Southport neighborhood of Chicago.  We were able to surround ourselves with a great team of professionals, subcontractors, and investors who put their confidence and dollars behind this project.  Great partnerships are always the key to a project's success.

Year 2022/23

I Love it When a Plan Comes Together

All 4Corners are now officially full-time employees.  We are building our pipeline, working with our architects on projects in flight, and numerous trusted advisors.  Looking forward to delivering this building with construction kicking off in Q2 2024.  Thank you to our investors for your trust and confidence in this project and our team.
